The Leto™ iBLDC intelligent direct drive motor is a derivative of the Titan™ motor. It maintains the Titan’s footprint and features but provides twice the torque through the use of Overview’s Servotorq™ technology.

Leto is ideal for applications that require a combination of high positional accuracy and repeatability as well as smooth and silent motion and a wide dynamic speed range. These include video conferencing cameras and CCTV PTZ applications utilizing the heavier 4K camera modules where zero backlash and direct drive to each axis is the perfect solution.

The Leto platform creates a standalone intelligent motor with integral low level motor control and integrated precision optical feedback. It is robust to external dynamic disturbances, especially impulses and vibrations.

Compared to traditional motor technology, Leto offers a completely different level of performance with fewer components and its compact footprint enables simpler design of more attractive products.
